Who We Are?
Retail Three Consultancy is one of the training, IT and management consultancy company founded in 2016 in Istanbul where bold thinking, inspiring people and passion for results come together for an extraordinary impact.
Developing and changing global economic structure, our company expanded its national and international solution partnerships and business partnerships and signed a partnership agreement with the Netherlands & Turkey Chamber of Commerce Association in 2018.
Our company aims to attract foreign capital to our country, especially to contribute to the increase of investments.

Murat Topal

Founder
Murat Topal was born in 1980. He completed his undergraduate education at Sakarya University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and International Relations. He started his professional career in the retail sector in 2006.
He worked at LC Waikiki, Koton, Stefanel, Saide Tekstil (Tresera) and Balonevi companies respectively.
He established Retail Three Consultancy in 2016 and currently provides training, information technologies and consultancy services to national and international companies.
Esra Erçel

Visual Group Director
After Etiler High School, she studied at the MSU Faculty of Fine Arts.
She started her career in advertising agencies. Anima Agency, Pars McCann Advertising Agency, Route Advertising, Evecan & Evecan Advertising Agency, Era Agency, Status Advertising Services, and figured in establishment fo All Answers Advertising Consulting Agency. Since 2002, she has been working as a freelancer. Later, she worked in corporate companies. She worked at Berko İlaç, The Marmara Hotels and Balonevi. Finally, she founded the Party Workshop. (Parti Atolyesi)
ince 2018, she has been serving as Visual Group Director.
Erdem Yıldızeli

Law Director
Fahrettin Erdem Yıldızeli was born in 1981. He completed his law education at Marmara University, Faculty of Law. Since 2006, he has been working as a lawyer registered to Istanbul Baro Association.
He has been a freelance lawyer since 2011. He provides consultancy and attorneyship services to companies and individuals in many legal fields, including Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Financial Law and Bankruptcy Law.
