How do we benefit?

The retail store area is a place where you display and sell your products. Managing retail space isn't about bringing your products up there and waiting for people to come and buy them. You need to plan your space to encourage customers who visit the store to purchase your products. How and where you show your products in the store can either make a profit or reduce your potential profit. Where and how you place your products depends on the category of products you sell.

There are four different product types:

Retail Three Consulting has developed its own method "AKM" (Area Profitability Method) to ensure the most efficient and profitable evaluation of the available space within the store. Field profitability should be considered if different brands or product groups have different gross profit margins.
